The Bureau's arrest records reflect only those arrests that have occurred in С»ÆÑ¼ÊÓÆµ County, North Carolina since April 27, 2007, up to the present time in which the Bureau of Forensic Services has been made aware. Please note that the Bureau cannot guarantee that every arrest in С»ÆÑ¼ÊÓÆµ County for an individual will be included. Additionally, certain offenses for which an individual has been arrested may have been automatically expunged pursuant to North Carolina General Statute §15A-146(a4). Should private or commercial entities choose to publish or otherwise distribute that information, any requests for the removal of such information should be directed to the publishing entity.
