The Onsite Water Protection Division supports safe drinking water and safe wastewater disposal for С»ÆѼÊÓƵ County residents with private wells and septic systems. The division enforces state and county regulations for private wells and septic systems by issuing permits, inspecting systems and responding to complaints. The division also provides technical assistance and education related to septic systems and private water supply wells and helps connect residents to resources when support is needed.
