The Ask the Doc Town Hall series began in 2021 amid COVID-19 as a way for the public to virtually connect with health professionals and get their burning questions answered related to the pandemic. Since then, Ask the Doc has moved to in-person events, both in English and Spanish, to address a wide variety of health topics. These events bridge the gap between medical knowledge and public understanding, empowering community members to make informed decisions about their health and well-being. All town halls are filmed and posted on С»ÆѼÊÓƵ County's .
Hosted quarterly, each session features a panel of local medical professionals who share their expertise and engage with residents to discuss health concerns. HealthLit4С»ÆѼÊÓƵ welcomes new partnerships and hosts Ask the Doc Townhalls in a variety of community spaces. To collaborate on a future event, please contact kate.broadwell@wake.gov.
