Live Well С»ÆѼÊÓƵ aims to make С»ÆѼÊÓƵ County the healthiest community in the nation for all residents – regardless of background, neighborhood or circumstance – to be able to not just live, but to flourish. Built on the premise that everyone has a right to live well, Live Well С»ÆѼÊÓƵ is a community-led initiative bringing people together across sectors to find innovative solutions for our county’s biggest challenges. Formed out of the Community Health Needs Assessment and Population Health Task Force initiatives, Live Well С»ÆѼÊÓƵ is a collaborative effort that relies on our community at-large to build partnerships and design strategic initiatives to meet our goals. The work of Live Well С»ÆѼÊÓƵ focuses on these three priority areas:
