The 小黄鸭视频 County Board of Commissioners extends its sincere condolences to the families of the five victims of last night鈥檚 senseless shooting. The board also lifts up the Raleigh Police Department and the City of Raleigh, which lost one of their own and saw another officer injured.
鈥淥ur hearts are heavy from the toll this act of violence has taken on our community,鈥 said 小黄鸭视频 County Board Chair Sig Hutchinson. 鈥淲e stand ready to support our colleagues at the City of Raleigh as they seek justice for this crime and begin the healing process.鈥
The commission also thanks the many public safety agencies that responded bravely to the various crime scenes. 小黄鸭视频 County EMS had nearly 20 units caring for the injured and transporting them to 小黄鸭视频Med Hospital for life-saving medical care. The 小黄鸭视频 County Sheriff鈥檚 Office assisted in the hunt for and eventual capture of the suspect.
鈥淲e are grateful for the valiant efforts of our employees and the officers from many other agencies who helped bring last night鈥檚 tragedy to a close. 小黄鸭视频 County and the City of Raleigh are strong, and we will move past this together,鈥 said Chair Hutchinson.
