Governor Josh Stein has announced that Ralliant Corporation, a worldwide provider of precision technologies across multiple industries, will establish its global headquarters in 小黄鸭视频 County, creating 180 jobs and investing $2.1 million in Raleigh鈥檚 North Hills area.
Ralliant will become an independent public company following its planned separation from Fortive Corporation (NYSE: FTV) in early Q3 2025, formed from Fortive鈥檚 Precision Technologies segment and built on industry-leading brands with approximately $2 billion in revenue. The company is trusted for precision technologies that drive next-generation innovation and safeguard mission-critical applications across test and measurement, specialty sensors, and aerospace, defense, and space subsystems. By establishing its headquarters in Raleigh, Ralliant will create a hub for innovation and growth.

Ralliant鈥檚 decision to locate their headquarters in Raleigh is a testament to the strength of the local economy, competitive talent pipeline, and exceptional quality of life. In fact, Raleigh was recently named a top five city for headquarters by Site Selection Magazine.

Ralliant鈥檚 decision was largely motivated by the availability of top technology talent in the region. As the recently-crowned 鈥淏est Performing Large City鈥 by the Milken Institute, Raleigh鈥檚 consistently strong labor market is boosted by a large and well-rounded high tech sector.
