Working out for Wellness
About This Event
This seven-week class will be a 45-minute strength training session using exercise bands. Using exercise bands can help strengthen your muscles as effectively as more traditional weights. Grab your bands, a friend, and get ready for a whole-body workout!
Tuesday mornings - Sept. 16 -Nov. 4
Start time: 7:30 a.m.
Knightdale Station Park - at the Pavilion
You will need to bring water and a towel or a mat. Exercise bands will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
