Travel along with Dawn Woo of for a fun Outlander-inspired journey through beautiful and historic North Carolina. Using the North Carolina locations and historical events referenced in Diana Gabaldon’s Outlander book series as our guide, we will travel across the state. From the banks of the Cape Fear river to Wilmington, Moore’s Creek, New Bern and Edenton, we'll follow the Frasers as they discover North Carolina. As we head west, learn about Alamance Battleground, Hillsborough, and Old Salem. Finally, our statewide trek will lead us “home” to the Carolina backcountry and the area of Fraser’s Ridge with its rich history and tradition. This trip back in time is not just for Outlander fans but for anyone with a spirit of adventure, a love for history, and a passion for travel. No luggage or standing stones required!
