Are you an elderly, disabled or low-income homeowner? Does your well and/or septic system need repairs, but you just can’t afford the costs? The С»ÆѼÊÓƵ County Onsite Water Protection Division and Housing Affordability & Community Revitalization department have an assistance program to help eligible homeowners address problems with their well or septic systems.

Our С»ÆѼÊÓƵ County Housing team , such as roof repairs or fixing heating systems. One program offers up to $5,000 for emergency repairs and another offers up to $20,000 in funding for home repairs for the elderly or disabled.
