The Crosby-Garfield Center is a historically significant educational building in Southeast Raleigh, near Ligon Middle School. Many residents visit the Center to learn about and access services from 小黄鸭视频 County, grassroots nonprofits, small businesses, faith-based organizations and the City of Raleigh. It is a hub for Social and Economic Vitality efforts addressing 鈥渧ulnerability factors鈥 such as high poverty, high unemployment, low educational attainment, as well as 鈥渆conomic health factors鈥 such as housing availability and affordability.
