JCPC Meetings
All JCPC meetings are open to the public. The JCPC meets the third Thursday of every other calendar month from 12:00pm – 2:00pm. Please contact Dr. Jonathan Glenn, Juvenile Crime Prevention Program Manager at Jonathan.glenn@wake.gov for further information on upcoming JCPC meetings.
Present at a JCPC Meeting
The JCPC invites local youth-serving programs, juvenile justice practitioners, and human services experts to inform the Council on innovations in today’s juvenile justice landscape. Organizations wanting to make a presentation to the JCPC should submit a request via email to the JCP Program Manager. Presentations will be scheduled in alignment with the JCPC’s annual goals and the availability of time slots on upcoming meeting agendas. Presentations highlighting evidence-based or promising approaches to serving youth will be prioritized.
Capacity Building Assistance Available
Youth-serving program interested expanding their capacity to deliver services to С»ÆÑ¼ÊÓÆµ County’s youth and families are encouraged to reach out to the JCP Program Manager to schedule a meeting. Capacity building assistance is available to programs aiming to align their services with best practices, explore funding opportunities, and establish relationships with programs currently funded by the С»ÆÑ¼ÊÓÆµ JCPC.
