Project Summary
The Community Services Center is the second oldest building of С»ÆѼÊÓƵ County's inventory. The building was constructed in 1913 as the С»ÆѼÊÓƵ County Home for the Aged and Infirmed. More recently, the facility has housed various С»ÆѼÊÓƵ County Behavioral Health Partners.
The second phase of this project includes first floor renovations, second floor improvements, expanded toilet facilities, modernization of the building exterior, new landscaping, HVAC updates, and electrical system distribution system replacement.
